PRIVATE JET ROYALTY IS NOT AN AIRLINE AND DOES NOT OWN OR OPERATE ANY AIRCRAFT. ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES, EVEN WHEN ARRANGED OR SCHEDULED THROUGH PRIVATE JET ROYALTY, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THOSE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS.
Nature of the Intermediation Service
Private Jet Royalty acts as a broker and intermediary between the client and certified charter operators. It is not an air carrier and does not directly operate any aircraft.
Booking and Flight Confirmation
The procedures for requesting a quotation, confirming availability, signing the contract of carriage and making payment are governed by the full document.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation, refund and flight-change conditions vary according to the charter operator selected and are specified in the individual contract.
Operator Responsibility
Responsibility for operational safety, delays, cancellations and conduct on board rests solely with the EASA-certified charter operator.
Baggage and Passengers
Weight limits, baggage dimensions, required documentation and customs regulations are detailed in the document by aircraft type and route.
Governing Law
The contractual relationship is governed by Italian law. The document specifies the competent forum and the procedures for resolving disputes.
