Descrizione

Cabin height is the specification charterers underestimate until they have spent nine hours in a jet that is four inches short of comfortable. The 6X stands 78 in floor to ceiling, taller than anything else in this class, and 102 in across at its widest point. Those two numbers together describe a cabin a tall passenger can cross without a stoop and two can pass in without turning sideways — which on a long sector is not a refinement but the difference between resting and enduring. Dassault's newest Falcon was designed around that volume rather than around a range figure, and the aircraft is honest about the priority. Height is also the specification that cannot be retrofitted: an operator can refit seats and re-trim a cabin, but the distance between floor and ceiling is fixed the day the fuselage is built.

Range is 5,500 nm, which covers Los Angeles–Tokyo without a stop and places the 6X squarely in intercontinental service without pretending to the reach of the 8X. The cabin runs 484 in with 155 cu ft of baggage over 16 bags, seating twelve to sixteen. Being current production, the 6X brings the newest systems and the most recent interiors in the Falcon fleet, and operator availability reflects an aircraft still leaving the factory. Charterers choose it when the hours in the cabin matter more than the last few hundred nautical miles of capability. On a sector where passengers will sleep, work and eat in sequence, the 6X spends its advantage exactly where those hours are lived.

Why Choose It

Seventy-eight inches, floor to ceiling

Tallest cabin in the class

78 in of cabin height leads the ultra long range class by two inches over the aircraft immediately below it.

Width to match

At 102 in across, the 6X matches the widest cabin in the class, so the height is not achieved by narrowing the fuselage.

Current production

The newest Falcon in service, with the most recent cabin systems and interiors, which shows in both the standard of finish and in operator availability.

Genuine intercontinental reach

5,500 nm covers Los Angeles–Tokyo without a technical stop, so the cabin advantage is available on the sectors where it counts.
