Of the four Hawkers we charter, the 750 is the only one that has the full 72 in cabin width and the 79 cu ft hold across eight bags at the same time. The 800XP and the 900XP share that width but carry 45 and 50 cu ft respectively; the 700A matches the hold but measures 71 in across. That pairing is the entire reason to specify this aircraft, and it is a narrower reason than a listing beside its siblings would suggest. Range is 2,116 nm, second-shortest in the class, and top speed is 447 kt. Takeoff distance is 4,696 ft — one of only two such figures we hold for the midsize category.

The cabin is 252 in, the shortest of the four Hawkers against 256 in for the other three, and the aircraft gives that length to the compartment behind it. For a charterer the arithmetic is direct. If the party is eight and the luggage is real, the 750 and the 700A are the two Hawkers that will take it, and between those two the 750 is the faster and the wider. If the sector runs past a couple of hours, neither is the right answer and the 900XP is. Production has ended.
